When we decided not to build, we called Michael because he had been very competent and patient in the earlier search. The first house he showed us was ideal. His negotiations with the seller were handled very professionally to our benefit. He then involved Rebecca, his wife and business partner, in the myriad details including numerous paper signing during negotiations, inspections and related work requirements, utility connections, closing arrangements and many other details. Rebecca was very helpful in providing us with contact information and followed through on all of the details. She went well beyond our expectations. Michael and Rebecca were extremely easy to work with and very professional in all their dealings with us. We look forward to having them as friends in our new community.
